The University of Waterloo is again proving to be one of the most popular choices of Ontario high school students selecting a university. Numbers released today by the Ontario Universities Application Centre show that applications to UW so far total 29,448. That is 15.1 per cent higher than they were at this time last year. First-choice applications total 7,761, which represent a 13.1 per cent increase.
